Round Up – ERM Team Price on the Podium
It was a 1st and 2nd place victory for Team Price during the third leg of the Event Rider Masters Series. The competition was won by Tim Price riding Wesko with wife Jonelle Price in second place riding Faerie Dianimo and Christopher Burton riding Quality Purdey placing third.
Having recently won Luhmuhlen 5* and being placed at both Kentucky and Badminton Tim Price came to Arville as a very competitive contender. Wesko and Tim have a long-standing relationship and were ultimately the only pair to jump clear inside the time cross country.
In an interview afterwards Tim stated “He’s just a fantastic horse. Of course, it’s a partnership and we’ve been together for a long time, so it was great to showcase that at places like this. It’s nice to tick all the boxes ad come home healthy. The good horses, make you look good, don’t they? I’ve missed him because of moments like that. He’s just so exceptional. The corner in the first water, I couldn’t quite see the line, but he was on it.”

The next leg of the series will be held in France on 13th and 14th July 2019 at Haras De Jardy.
