Heart breaking sale of my two registered connemara geldings. One is 10 year old grey 14.2hh connemara by fernville Danny and the other is a 9 year old dun 15.2hh registered connemara. Both green and sold from field. Both have been owned since 3 year s old and where brought on and shown but was a few years before started job and just haven’t had time for them to more than pampered field ornaments that are used to being stables throughout winter.
Grey connemara – Rojam
Good to lead, trim ( never been shod) loves a brush, good to saddle and bridle ( currently don’t have saddle due to changing shape and financial reasons) loves attention, real pony attitude and loves attention. Always comes to gate/easy to be caught, rugged and lunge. Is ridden bareback occasionally and proves sensible. Good to lead out in traffic. Been shown at some big show in hand but is more suited to hacking, general riding.
Buddy-dun connemara
Good to lead, (will occasionally look for grass but not dangerous) brush, to be shod, rugged, stabled. Is ridden occasionally around yard but is green as just don’t have time.
This is a heart breaking sale due to unforseen circumstances and my work being more and more demanding. They are to be sold together as make such a good pair. Don’t have issues separating but have been together a long time now. Please no time wasters as has taken alot of time to come to this discussion so 5 star home is a must. No dealers Ideally not competition oriented home, just a mother or daughter that wants to have fun with horses. Ideally looking for quick sale as fiianaces changing as well as work.
