Meet Bear my big 17.1h (and still growing) 4 year old dun gelding.
Bear is the most amazing horse with beautiful paces and an great temperament to match. He is schooling lovely on the flat but still green because of his age. He is beginning to pop round a small course of show jumps and seems sensible to a fence.
I can’t fault Bear in any way, he regularly hacks out alone and in company, in big traffic and open fields and is not phased by anything.
He loads easily, stands quietly on the trailer and is great to travel.
He lives with both mares and geldings.
Professionally broken as a 3 year old.
I believe his size means he could suit a male rider but equally both myself and my mum ride him. He’s an extremely sensible and loving horse and I believe he would make a fabulous hunter, eventer or allrounder.
I am only selling Bear as I am due to go to university in September.
He is the most kind and genuine horse and ones like him are hard to find, therefore I will only consider the best 5* experienced homes that would be willing to keep me up to date with how he’s getting along.
